What methods of shipping are available for my order?

Our standard method of shipping is via USPS First Class Mail, this is to keep shipping costs to a minimum. We have been shipping through the postal service for a number of years now and have had great success. Almost 100% of our customers have been extremely satisfied with the quickness of First Class. We are capable of verifying that the package has been delivered, we have delivery confirmation on our packages shipped via USPS, but no tracking info. Once the postage is applied to the package the USPS is responsible for the package. We may also ship your order via UPS if shipping costs are less than USPS.


How can I get my order shipped with delivery confirmation?

Our standard USPS shipping (which is included in all prices) allows us to confirm that a package was delivered.

How can I get my order shipped with tracking info?

Tracking can be added to your order for an additional fee, please contact us before placing your order.

How long will it take to get my order?

If orders are received by 2:30 PM on a weekday(M-Th), your order will usually go out next business day. Orders received Friday or over the weekend will usually go out on Monday. First Class mail generally takes anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your location. If you need your order quicker than First Class can deliver, follow the directions above and order with a different method.

Can I return my studs if I ordered the wrong ones?

Yes, please email us and we will give you return instructions. Your return is subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you have any questions about your order at all please email us before you place your order.

I am located in Canada, will it cost more to ship my studs? What about other countries?

No, they will be shipped via US Mail and shipping is included in the prices. We will ship to other locations across the globe, please contact us first for a shipping quote.
